Robert Hooker serves as Director of Keller Williams-Builders Land. Bob is a 25-year land acquisition and entitlement professional who has overseen acquisitions for 45,000+ residential lots as well as retail property transactions in both Southern and Northern California. He was involved in the assemblage of the Eagle Glen golf course master plan resulting in 3,500 residential units, an elementary school and numerous retail facilities.

 

Prior to joining Keller Williams-Builders Land, Bob served as Director of Land Acquisition for KB HOME and Vice President of Land Acquisition for Ryland Homes. During his time at Ryland Homes, Bob was instrumental in the rapid growth of its Inland Empire start-up division helping make it the third highest pre-tax profit division among Ryland’s 29 divisions nationwide in just three years.

 

Bob was summoned to Sacramento in 2009 to speak before California Senators, Congress members and Assembly members regarding the housing recession, where he presented his plan for economic recovery within the housing industry. Bob also co-authored the Loan Modification program utilized by Bank of America from 2009-2014.
